CrossFit is constantly varied, functional exercises done at high intensity (which is different for every person). CrossFit classes combine aspects of gymnastics, Strongman, Olympic Weightlifting, running, jumping, etc for a total body workout. Our classes are highly approachable with athletes from all walks of life.
