Skill:

6 sets:

3 ring dips + 10s in support position of last rep

3 strict pull ups + 10s pause at top of last rep

1 wall walk + 10s handstand hold

 

WOD:

AMRAP6:

1 length sled push (heavy but moving smoothly)

1 length plate pull
